Series 11: Necklace from 1930s-1940s Vintage Mahjong Tile, White Dragon, Number 40 of 144

This vintage mahjong tile comes from a complete set of tiles that was manufactured by Rottgames in Brooklyn, NY between the 1930s and 1940s. Repurposed as a statement pendant, this tile is made of Catalin/Bakelite material, and is hand engraved on the back in 2026 with its Domineaux series number and number within the set. This piece is engraved as Series 11, number 40 of 144 tiles, as the set was manufactured decades before 8 joker tiles were added for modern play. The pendant features a stainless steel bale and hangs on a 3mm leather cord with sterling silver endcaps and sterling silver toggle closure. The pendant measures approximately 1.125 inches long, .875 inches wide, and .5 inches thick. Choose 16, 18, 20, 24 or 30 inch cord. The necklace is delivered in a craft giftbox.
